We are pleased to invite you to attend an exciting Young ICCA skills training workshop taking place from 9am to 5 pm on Saturday 20 October 2018 at Moot Court, Mingli Building, Tsinghua University School of Law, Beijing.
The topic of the workshop is “Evidence-Taking in International Arbitration”, the workshop will be conducted in English, and it is kindly sponsored by Tiantong & Partners and Dahui Lawyers.
To introduce and facilitate understanding of the use of evidence in both international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA) and Tsinghua University School of Law with its International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (IADS) Program will co-organize a one-day workshop on this topic at Tsinghua University School of Law.
